Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Seats Plan (seatsplan.com), which is run by RusbyDigital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15816831), whose registered office is Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@seatsplan.com.

Your account

Give a real email address so you can sign in and get password resets, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Account settings.

Free and Pro

The free plan lets you plan an event with up to 60 guests.

Pro is a one-off payment for one event. It unlocks unlimited guests, a printable seating plan and place cards for that event. It isn't a subscription, and nothing renews. The price is shown before you pay, currently £9, and Stripe takes the payment.

Cancelling and refunds

Pro is digital content, and it unlocks as soon as your payment goes through. Before you pay, we ask you to agree to it starting straight away and to confirm you understand that this ends the 14-day cancellation period. So we don't give refunds if you change your mind after Pro is unlocked.

This doesn't affect your legal rights. If Pro doesn't work as described, tell us. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll give you a refund.

Your plans and your guests

What you put into Seats Plan stays yours. You let us store it and use it to run the service for you, and for nothing else.

Only add guest details you're entitled to use for your event. Don't use Seats Plan for anything unlawful, or to store information unrelated to seating your guests.

Using Seats Plan fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, copy it, or scrape it. Don't resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does.

Keeping things running

We work to keep Seats Plan available and your plans safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you can't do without on the day.

We may improve or change features over time. If we ever close Seats Plan, we'll give you notice and a chance to save your plans.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or don't use reasonable care, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, since Seats Plan is for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects you in a significant way, we'll email you before it takes effect.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
